Shocked by seeing your comments on doctor.
My self attendant of a rheumatoid arthritis patient who improved with treatment by This doctor, that too freely in KGH.It seems you have ego problem,if you don't want to pay him at his clinic ,his services are available freely at KGH rheumatology OP, where he treats and relieves pains of hundreds of patients @free of cost .Such comments by you on such a service oriented doctor is absurd .

Prepare to wait for 2-3 hours despite seeing 3-4 patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super service , Dr. R k Naidu Garu working round the clock for patients. My wife got effected 2 years ago , all other doctors refused us, they asked us to take Hyderabad Nizam hospitals , finally I got him from other sources he is the best doctor for Arthritis. We have taken treatment from Dr. RK Naidu ,the result is good , now my wife is able to perform her work happyl with our any hurdles. Staff also very sobber and normath they are good at patient. As I understand they have to answer for every question from patients or their relatives at that time due to bit stress and strain they are unable to answer properly. Otherwise their staff also very good towards patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi everyone...... The treatment given by the doctor is very good he listens to the patient very well and treatment is simple. Very good and caring nature.
But the hospital staff especially short arrogant lady (one among the staff) is the worst lady whom I NEVER met in my life time. Moreover the other staff members have rude behaviour towards patients.
In short doctor and his treatment is good and best but the staff is very very bad and worst creatures.

I am attendant of a Patient treated in RK RHEUMATOLOGY and Immunology Center. I am very much satisfied with the treatment and the clinic staff. My mother got the best treatment and also I heard from many patients that they are very happy with the doctor, especially for the kindness he shows to the poor patients and the results.
We wait hours and hours in malls, restaurants and movies. When it comes to hospitals we loose our patience. Remember we have to wait for our turn as doctor is hardly a human and has to attend every patient who visits the clinic. Appreciate his time and service who fights for our health and happiness.

The doctor is decent and treats patients fairly with good advise to the patients.
However, they have ZERO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME, looking down on each and every patient especially the front desk staff.
The staff literally feel that they are doing a favour by letting you in to consult the doctor.
There is literally no concept of an appointment, go to the clinic only if you have time to spare, my average wait time is 3-4 hours for a 5 minute consultation.
Btw, also please be prepared to spend the waiting time in a dingy, stuffy and a suffocating clinic.

When called the clinic to get an appointment.
They just refused it, saying they will provide consultation only to the new patients.
Why such discrimination?
Highly unacceptable behavior.
