really disappointed why all online portals showing project completed on December 2020. This is misleading people by builder and online portal like magicbricks just waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this apartment on Nov 2020 it has both 2 BHK & 3 BHK and mainly this is OC project with RERA registered. But the apartment construction stage wasn't Ready To Move even the GF Tiles works were also not been completed so we ignored because we were looking immediate possession. But most of the online portals showing project completed on Dec 2020. So again me and cousin visited last week since my cousin returned from abroad since I visited previous I recommended this apartment I thought it would have completed by this time but we don't see any major changes in this apartment even the Tiles work is still not finished. So we understood that this apartment persons are not Genuinely complete the works On-time because the entrance board shows Ready To Move even online portals most of them showing Project completed but in reality So many major works pending even Tiles works has not done from Ground Floor to 3rd Floor it has 48 units as per Magicbricks.
I don't think so this builder is Professional as the construction progress says Zero Work Progress since 8 months. Even so many cracks inside the flats and outside. Please be careful this is not for immediate possession requirements may be after 2-3 years.

The builder has been playing around with dates since April 2021, had promised that the apartment would be handed over by then but hasn't been done yet!
