★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For guys who don't know it's Mi India's only service centre in Howrah. It's usually a lot a crowded in here. And you've got to wait a lot to get the job done. But it's better than traveling up to Park Street where the next service centre is located. I gave my Mi power bank here and got it back after 2 and a half months.

RK services is one of the most trusted service center i ever had. I had touch problem in my redmi mi note3 with in guaranteed period. they chance the entire screen with in hour and handover to me in good working condition. i am very much satisfied with their fast and prominent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there. it is fraud 3rd party xiaomi services. they took my mobile and promise to give next day but did not delivered even in a week and when you call he will not pickup phone.when I called him he fortunately took the call and called me on same day evening but he was not there and I called him from there many times but he did not pick up my phone. I returned back. I call him day after tomorrow and asked why did u do this ? he misbehaved on phone. I took my phone and returned back. I have to change 2 buses to go there. they serviced 1st time and my phone dead in 2 months even after was in warranty and paid a hefty amount. in 2nd time it was more amount but I need my phone immediately thats why I go there but they are unprofessional, unethical. Do not fall in trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like seriously? I gave my phone for repairing and they took a MONTH!! Though they told I'll get my phone within 10 days. generally I don't write negative comments but this time I am seriously annoyed. Like I don't even want to give you 1 star also! And there is no use of repairing your phone here, it'll be in the same condition only!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think honor used to pick illiterate people's for their service Centre as they are just horrible I called to this service Centre today at First they didn't respond to my call when I called them second time they just blocked me....... Every people who are hired by honor/Huawei have a different kind of attitude I don't know but if you are living in Howrah or Kolkata then don't buy Huawei or honor's phone because you'll get Frausted by their service attitude.... They Show themselves that they are god and we are getting serviced for free totally horrible and I am really disappointed with honor
