β β β β β Proof why they are leaders. Owners themselves ensuring all safety systems in place. Sanitisation, mask, social distancing very well marked on floor. Felt very secure. Other shops can learn systems in times of COVID.

β β β β β I visited R. Kumar at Ashram Road yesterday. Was very impressed with their systems in place. Temperature check at entrance. Cute hand sanitiser dispenser. And limiting number of customers inside the store.

I am happy to say that the way I got my pair of reading glasses for my parents, I was more than happy as I had to go thru 3 layers of sanitized packaging.
Excellent service.

β β β β β I bought a rayban glares from R kumar for 11500 with glasses of 7900 and I think they are duplicate..
After 4 month of usage,the frame has turned green.The glass have got scratches,mind you in 4 months.
When enquired with R Kumar,the salesman said do what you want to do about the glasses.
I pledge never to place my foot again In that place ever again and I suggest everyone to avoid R kumar.

β β β β β This place is the way to go. Great collection with amazing customer service. They are very flexible with your request and would get the job done the way you want. Great and humble people they are. They will have my business forever even though I am sitting abroad. Last 2 pairs I purchased were kinda like online shopping. One of the guy was constantly in talk with me everyday and helped me selects frames, lenses and also shipped them nicely in between of this pandemic.
