★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely say that R Kumar is the best in the business. I am a R Kumar customer since last 6 years and they have always been my go to spot for stylish and high quality glasses. My latest purchase there was in June 2018. I got a branded frame with a 1 year warranty. I live in USA, so when my glasses broke I contacted them and they sent me the same brand new frame in just under 1 month. The same thing happened again and they sent me a new frame again. I would definitely say that they have the best customer service because I was contacted directly by the owner Mr. Rohan Kumar himself when I emailed them with my problem. He makes sure that the customer is never left disappointed with the service provided. He has the core family values of maintaining a long lasting relationship with old customers and providing them with the best service possible.
Such customer satisfaction values make me a loyal customer of R Kumar.

The courteous staff and the customer service is worth a lot of appreciation. Perfect products to suit all age groups makes it a place worth visiting.
Personal care and absolutely down to earth staff makes this shop of R Kumar a unique shopping experience.
Above all Rohan the young man roams around all his branches and keeps abreast of things of what is happening around the world in terms of eye care and fashion.
I know this group for the last 25 yrs and recommend to all the readers to visit this place once and I assure you, you would not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright so i got a new eye wear clear frame with nova thinmax lens.. i wear prescription glasses... i also got nova thinmax lens for a glass frame i was already using.. the one for which i changed jst the lens wrked perfect but the new clear frame one was giving me bigtime strain?.. i was told by the staff may be its the adjustment time that i needed... but 2 weeks was a long adjustment time? n still it gave me a lot of eye strain?.. i went back n complained... the corresponding staff were very cooperative.. they took the measurements and said that there might be an error with the centering of the lens and got my right eye lens replaced.. i got my glasses today n now no more strain!!?? M glad that the staff was very cooperative and prompt in attending to my problem..
So my advice to anyone who has complains about excessive strain on the eye please do get back to ur optician.. there might me an error with the centering of the lens... u dont have to settle with a wrong lens...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 1 glasses and I have issues after 2 months already and I’m in usa so I can’t able to fly because Covid and now I come in india and they said warranty for 1 year they can not do anything and that was Tommy Hilfiger frame and I’m not happy with that service I will suggest everyone do not go there because when they want to sale they tell you everything is cover and all but if is happened something they don’t do anything
