★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder is so shameless and hopeless. dhariwal is a flop scheme.he takes money from the peoples and start building houses after 2 years. when will the person will live in his own house which he had dream. there is no proper water supply here u have to buy a tanker of water. the building material which he use is not so good and the sbi bank is also not approving loan if any one willing to purchase any house on loan. my possession waf of december 20 but untill now i didnt got the house which he promised. dont buy any property over there he is fraud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless builder do not buy any property here. Builder has promised lot of things but in reality he is a cheater. Leaking house, false celling has fallen down, no maintenance, they are harassing who has invested in this property. They are arrogant and shameless they cut water & electricity supply to house of living people. Stay away from making an investment here better to buy a plot and build own house.
