★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had worst experience with RPtech for Nvidia RMA. Gave Quadro RTX 4000 GPU for RMA on 5th Jan. Now its 20th March still we have not received GPU back. Rptech has only 1 answer that its in Process with Nvidia hongkong. Response to emails is slow. They never provide any esacalation matrix or SLA for the issue. We will never recommend RPtech.

I have recently visited this service centre, as my Asus Laptop had battery issues and got it resolved at the earliest. The staff is very supportive and does constant follow ups. Services are good. If you have any issues regarding your laptop especially asus you can surely contact this Service centre.
