★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospital but one thing is disappointed me my pasent is admit in bhamasaha in first floor doctor write u c g (sonografy) we wait for ambulance that's operate by reception. Staff 35 minutes we wait hear but 1floor told as ambulance is ready it means we'll communication in management.. Pls improve well that...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of worst Hospital. my grandma does not need ICU. She was doing well however she is bhamasah card holder where government pay. Doctors of this hospital kept her without any discrepancy in ICU and kept charging and whole amount of year was exhausted. where we have to pay 8000/day bed charges without any reason because government was paying. My whole family was in terrible condition during this time. Going to complaint higher authority.

Bad experiences:
1.Pathetic services n facilities for a maternity patient
2. No facilities for keeping the patient hygienic they even bother to keep the patient neet n clean
3. You'll definitely get the feeling that staff is greedy everything looks normal but they scare you n you definitely don't want to take the risk with ur loved ones and money doesn't matter in this situation but to some ppl it does matter a lot..
4.Dr Sangeeta was very rude to the patient in her first labor even though the patient was neither shouting nor crying she could have been little bit warm with her as it was her first baby it's obvious she needs to be taught.. everyone is not blessed to know everything
5. As all other families we were in favour of normal delivery but not at the cost of health of mother or baby.. there were complications in normal delivery but Dr didn't mentioned that to the patient or the family n went with forcefully normal delivery in middle of the normal labor pains.. resulting into ultimate tearing of mother's body part bcoz of which more than normal stitches were given to her and also baby suffered a lot which resulted into bad health of the baby... Had she told us about the complications even once we would have gone for the cesarean (operation) without any second thought.
6. No proper arrangements for the family member accompanying the patient in night
There are some good things also like cleanliness of the hospital which attracts you but ultimately it's the service that matters n not the looks of the hospital.. also the staff members are very sweet n polite they sugar coat everything but when it comes to service they are not that cooperative as well but they are manageable.
