Almost everything delivered was broken or damaged...also to my surprise they stole all the watch I had, perfumes, shoes, one trolley bag and many other important items..... Their reply is they don't know... Never use their service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please never ever hire R S Cargo Movers for any of your moving needs. They are absolutely unprofessional, and have no ethics whatsoever. When they first came to my house for evaluation, they quoted a fee and said that all that would be charged extra was 18% GST and 3% the value of your possessions as insurance. They kept insisting these were the only extra charges whenever I asked. When they finally come and pack, they give you a bill in which they add so many extra charges that your bill increases by more than 40%. In my case, I had to pay Rs 8,000 more than what I had calculated the amount would be. We argued with them then, and they agreed to let us pay the amount with the taxes and insurance they had originally quoted. However, they shipped my items and held them in Bangalore until I paid the full amount. Though they took money for insurance, they never provided us with any insurance papers. They are packers and movers, and are supposed to unpack and set up things in the destination. They only delivered the items, and we had to hire a carpenter and pay extra to set up my furniture.
What's more, they change the story every time you call them, are extremely rude on the phone, and threaten to never deliver until you pay an amount which you had never agreed on, and then don't even do everything they have promised. I am thinking of filing a case with the consumer court for this absolute fraud company. Please don't take their service, and opt for a company which is more transparent and professional in their dealings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuine post. They will give you a quotation without including charges like GST, octroi, INSURANCE, so called "other charges". They will be very polite and will tell you that we can add maximum 1.5 - 2k over and above their quotation. Once they arrive at your place and your stuff is loaded in their truck, they will ask you to pay atleast 80% of the charges immediately. Once the truck has left, the person will give you a new bill in which he will add all the charges, including insurance. Your new bill will be increased by almost 50% as compared to what they had quoted initially. Now here is the catch, they won't insure your stuff, neither they will provide you with any insurance paper( as they have not done it). So, basically your stuff is not insured .. which is a big risk if in case your stuff gets damaged in transit. And above this, once they reach the destination, they will become GOONS and will ask you to pay the balance amount else they won't unload the stuff from the truck. In short, I would suggest not to opt for their services, they are CHEATERS AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
