★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is not interior designer he is a agent and fraud person giving commission to others for getting work and after that third person Complet ur work he is a cheater very poor quality work done for me at Taloja phase 1 aishwarya creation ..never give him any work.. Not attending phone calls and giving many reasons.. My personal experience sharing with you guys be alert from cheater Salman saifi salmanji if you are not completing my work I'll make a police complaint against you...

Truly a frustrating experience causing utter loss of time and precious money.
Mr Salman Suifi is the whole sole owner of the company. Beware!!! Don't get trapped by his sophisticated and suave nature whuch is just a veil for plundering the client's mental peace & even their personal belongings. Their is no team effort with a proper plannning, as he is the only person managing the entire show very poorly!!
Not to speak of his repeated re-works due to employing untrained, under previleged and under aged workers resulting in shoddy work quality, causing more damages to the existing nearby furnitures/walls which cannot be mended or repaired back.
The callousness with which he is flouting his own time limits grossly; and the impunity with which he boasts his excellent quality finishing work (which is hardly visible and hence palatable) makes the M/s. R S Interiors, Kharghar a "one man show" organization with a questionable integrity!!
In my case the initial commitment was one month which actually took 5.5 months without any major change in the contract work scope. That too when the duplicate keys of the flat was handed over to the contractor so that delay due to our absence can be addressed. Not only did the workers misused my property, but actually steal some household items, which the contractor (Nr Salnan) denied completely later. This is the complete betrayal of my trust on the contractor & that is why I previously mentioned him as a man with "questionable integrity" aptly.
Just after one month of the work completion, the false ceiling pvc panels have dislodged just by the outside wind force. Pictures enclosed. Shows the poor work quality.
