Had bought a Attendance motioning system with them in 2019 worth 6524 total with hardware and software to track the attendance of the my employee . While placing the order or before that they didn't mention any service cost. My PC got crashed, so i had to call them to install the software which they charged my some 1000 rs in 2020.
After some time my PC again got crashed, so now in 2022 they are asking me a cost of 1500 plus GST for getting the software installed or get an AMC 2950 , which was never told me before
Their Engineer dont give good answers on phone. When you ask for Authoritative peson to be on line then also they dont transfer the calls. they had some organisation also , so we as a customer have to suffer for this
so Please be aware of these while ordering your stuff from them. Ask for all terms and condition and they After service is very bad .
AS THEY KNOW ONCE YOU BUY A HARDWARE FROM THEM , YOU ARE BOUND TO SPEND ON SOFTWARE EVERY TIME
