★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really annoyed with the unnecessary delay by them for little little things. Just a simple alteration for the kurti purchased from them for which they promised 2-3 days already took them 15 days and still no response or follow up. The salesgirl is super rude and shows so much attitude as if we owe her something. Everytime you call, they will ask you to come next day morning and when you call up next day, they will say 4 pm in the evening, and when you call in the evening, they will show you attitude and say 6 pm, and when you call at 5.45, the girl will show her attitude and say "6 pm kaha tha Madam" as if ideally they should not make it ready for delivery even 15 mins before the time mentioned to the customer and then when you don't call for another few days, you will not get any call back for the update from their side and then again the same story begins when you call up again. Seriously badly fed up and won't recommend this store to anyone at all !!! Regret paying the advance and going to this store for any purchase now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the ONLY place i found my princess gown for sangeet ! The service is also very good. However didn't like the bridal wear. They dont allow video call for outstation clients which is a little sad , but over all stock 5/5 , service 5/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has good collection, since my husband wasn't with me I wanted to seek his opinion to decide between the two gowns. I requested the owner to share the pictures. Unfortunately, my husband didn't like any of them so I asked if I can skip buying since we were buying other few dresses anyway. The owner forced that you need to buy one. I was politely requesting but he started yelling which was very rude. This put me off completely and I decided not to buy. I understand that its against their policy but he could have been a bit more accommodating. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The owner himself told that after customization the price of legends will be 16000 highest and he made the bill of 17100 and didn't shared hard copy during advance token and had sent the soft copy on phone after 1hr of booking. And after that owner and staff argued. Very unprofessional and fraud people's. Be aware of this outlet. I would never recommend it. Very poor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good collection but very unprofessional attitude, really don’t care about their customers. Giving 20 percent discount, and when you select the dress asking for 500, 700 rs. For small alterations on the sake of they are doing alterations in sale period. Don’t waste your time in select dresses, first ask for their terms and conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend shopping at this store. They have a no video no photo policy but I was shopping for my daughters wedding and she is in US. They have no compassion and they do not understand the importance of having family input on purchases for such an important occasion. Even the biggest designers in India allow for video calls. I arranged several virtual appointments in Mumbai with my daughter and yet this is the ONLY store which will not allow it! The sales clerk contacted the owner at our insistence but even the owner wouldn’t allow it! I have never received such poor service since my arrival in India! I would never recommend anyone to shop here! ??
