★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best places to visit in Bhagalpur. I love this historic place. From this place, you can get attractive scenery of university campus and the Ganges river also. It's old name is 'Cleveland house' and new name is 'Ravindra Bhawan'. At present, it is under control of regional history department of University. And due to, maintenance and beautification, it is losing its history and identity.

The Kothi is said to be associated with Augustus Cleveland, Warren Hastings, his wife Rosa Hastings and Raja Chet Singh of the princely state of Oudh in the Colonial era.
