★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, the building is good in architecture, and class.but outside area is so bad. Wherever you go to gallery or opens the windows you see only dump yards and garbage everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully built, pathetically maintained. Bad electrical switches i every apartment. Unsafe neighbourhood surrounded by cheap bars, unlit roads and hooligans all around. Money can't buy Class - this building is a proof for that saying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few multistoried building in the Nagpur. There are two blocks A & B here. There are Six apartments made in one floor and total fourteen floors in block A and thirteen floors in block B. A swimming pool , a small park and play area is available. Big two floored parking place is available including parking for visitors.A beautiful view of aerodrome and landing and take off of aeroplane can be seen from the apartment on airport side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good apartment with small play space for the kids. It has a small pool which can accommodate few people (see pics) but it's not a swimming pool.
It has a hanuman mandir within the boundary which is well maintained. Also the place is clean and well maintained with security all round the clock.
The best is that it has a guest house for visitors to stay. The guest house is near and tidy with one room with ac and other not. It has geysers in the two toilets. Very good facility.
It is approximately 5 kms from the airport and roughly 8-10 kms from the railway station.
