Sometimes they will ask your name to write on coupon(parchi) just for 1 samosa
If two customers have same name they might ask for Surname
If surname is same they might ask your address
?
Sometimes owner and vendor will verify you by your face first before giving you your order(that is weird, first you look at owner and then at vendor and once owner verifies they will handover the order) ?
Quality of products is OK ?
