Yesterday late night we ordered parcel of paneer chilli. It was totally uncoocked. We had contacted to Hotel management just now with remaining food; Says we dont give any replacement about food. Even the Person on counter is very arrogant. He is not even to hear.
We kept the remaining food at the counter only.

β β β β β All veg food. But I think they serve omlette. South Indian is not as good as what south Indian food tastes like but the north indian food is good. Parathas were made very well. The only bad thing is they take a very long time to serve. And worse than that is they don't bring all the items ordered at the same time. They bring it one after the other with large gaps in time. One person had completed eating while the other did not receive thier order yet. Maybe because they have a large crowd on weekends. There is no ac and it gets hot inside when many people are sitting inside. The waiters are somewhat nice but her confused and forget orders. The lemon soda we ordered was also very bad. It wasn't made, it was just dumped on us. Prices come out decent only. Parking is a bit of a problem. people on two wheelers park unorganised and haphazardly and block the four wheelers. There is one guy who is supposed to handle these things but her couldn't do his job well.

β β β β β Great restaurant for a casual family dinner. The taste is not very rich nor very basic yet very pocket friendly. The dish were served piping hot despite 11 of us were there for dining.

β β β β β It was a 5/5 experience. The only reason I'm giving 1 star less is because I felt starter quality + taste could have been better. The main course was nice along with good quality rice. Some more positives -
1. Seating is nice i.e. well cushioned and comfortable
2. Rates are reasonable
3. Service is fast
4. Staff is very observant and makes sure that you receive everything quickly weather that's removing the plates, serving water, washing bowl, etc.
