★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been born and brought up here. Best place ever. The best part is, when you climb on the water tank, you get the best ever view of the school and the salt pans. The place has a lot of trees in the vicinity and they are really well maintained as well. The premises was recently concretized and hence now there are no issues of water logging during rains. This area comes near the thane creek. So even during heavy rains, the water never fills the roads. There are great eateries nearby and you can get all kids of food just a walk away. Even other basic amenities like general stories, vegetable vendors, schools, medical stores and hospitals are nearby and accessible.
This area is also very close to the highway and hence one can easily own a vehicle here. The society also has enough parking space. Hence owning a vehicle is really convenient here.
This place is 10 minutes walk from Thane station which is a major railway station of the central line. Hence one won't be missing out on any of the major trains from here!
Right now Thane East is undergoing a huge transformation and an overhead bus stop is being built. This will solve all the traffic problems and add to a lot of convenience.
