When we came home and found the size smaller and went back, he cited his policies (a single small shop’s policies) that we don’t exchange even if it’s 1-2 Hour of return time.
We used to buy earlier from him, and since this time he sold his cloth due to his shop missing the appropriate size is to us a cheating.
