राधास्वामी मत की शिक्षा संत मत के अनुसार है, जैसा कि गुरु नानक साहब, कबीर साहब, जगजीवन साहब, पलटू साहब, हाथरस के तुलसी साहब और सूफी संतों द्वारा पढ़ाया गया है।
धर्म के सिद्धांत एक जीवित विश्वास पर आधारित हैं -
भगवान का अस्तित्व ,
मनुष्य में आत्मा एवं परमात्मा तत्व सार की एकात्मता
मृत्यु के बाद जीवन की निरंतरता।
संतमत की शिक्षा में आस्था रखने वालों का मानना है कि एक ही परम सता है जो सारी अध्यात्मिकता एवं ब्रह्मांड का निर्माता तथा मनुष्य की आत्मा का उद्गम स्रोत है
धर्म की शिक्षा के अनुसार, मानव शरीर में तीन तत्व हैं: स्थूल पदार्थ जिनमें से स्थूल शरीर बना है; सूक्ष्म पदार्थ जिसमें से मानव मन बना है और तीसरा, आत्मा जो की मानव शरीर की आत्मा एवं जीवन का आधार है और यही मानव जीवन एवं मन के क्रमिक विकास एवं उन्नति को लाता है । मानव मन एवं शरीर दोनों नाशवान है जबकि आत्मा अमर है । इसके अनुसार सृष्टि में तीन मुख्य भाग हैं:
शुद्ध आध्यात्मिक क्षेत्र जिससे निर्मल चेतन देश कहा जाता है I
ब्रह्मांड या सृष्टि मन के क्षेत्र जो की आत्मा पर हावी होते है I
पिंड देश या भौतिक ब्रह्माण्ड जो कि पूर्व से प्रमुख है।
एक आत्मा तभी जीवन एवं मृत्यु से मुक्ति प्राप्त कर सकती है जब वह शुद्ध आध्यात्मिक क्षेत्र में प्रवेश करती है ।
राधास्वामी मत के अनुसार परमात्मा ने मनुष्य शरीर को कुछ अव्यक्त शक्तियों से नवाजा है जिन्हें जागृत कर वह शृष्टि के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के साथ संपर्क स्थापित कर सकता है । मनुष्य को जीवन में इन शक्तियों को जागृत करने का उद्देश्य बनाना चाहिए । परमात्मा भी समय-समय पर पवित्र एवं जागृत आत्माओं के आगमन को उच्चतम क्षेत्र से जीवो के उद्धार के लिए व्यवस्तिथ करने की दया करते हैं ।
यह पवित्र संत आध्यात्मिकता का मूल हैं एवं धर्म की भाषा में परम संत हैं ।
राधास्वामी मत में उन्हें संत सतगुरु नाम से वर्णित किया जाता है जो कि परमात्मा के साथ एकीकार (बराबर) हैं और वे पृथ्वी पर उनके प्रतिनिधि हैं । उनका आगमन एक क्रमिक उत्तराधिकारी के रूप में होता है । ऐसी आस्था है कि आध्यात्मिक शक्तियों को जगाने के लिए एक व्यक्ति को सक्षम एवं पूरे संत सतगुरु से दीक्षित होकर उनका शिष्य बनना चाहिए । राधास्वामी मत में संत सतगुरु ही ऐसे शिक्षक हैं । वे अन्य लोगों की तरह मत में औपचारिक दीक्षित होते हैं और सत्संग में भाग लेते हैं और ध्यान करते हैं परंतु वास्तव में वे पूर्णतया जागृत ही उच्चतम क्षेत्र से आते हैं । इस मत के संस्थापक परम पुरुष पूर्ण धनी स्वामी जी महाराज जो आगरा में 1818 में पैदा हुए वही रहे और प्रचार किया । वह स्वयं सर्वोच्च अवतार थे, इसलिए उन्हें किसी संत सतगुरु से दीक्षित होने की आवश्यकता नहीं थी । ये शक्तियां जन्म के समय से ही उनके अंदर जागृत थी और उनके चयन के समय प्रकट हुई थी।
कोई भी व्यक्ति जो आध्यात्मिक प्रगति के मार्ग पर चलना चाहता है, उसे सांसारिक इच्छाओं का त्याग करना पड़ता है। उसे न्यूनतम इच्छाओं का सादा जीवन जीना पड़ता है और अपनी ईमानदारी की कमाई से अपनी सांसारिक जरूरतों को पूरा करना होता है। साधक को भोजन के मामले में कुछ अनुशासन का पालन करना होता है। उसे मासा आहार और सभी नशीले पदार्थों से परहेज करना होगा। अनुयायी के लिए यह आवश्यक नहीं है कि वह संसार त्याग कर एकांत में रहे। वह एक पारिवारिक व्यक्ति (गृहस्थ) की तरह जीवन का नेतृत्व करते हुए आध्यात्मिक प्रगति कर सकता है। आदर्श "बेहतर सांसारिकता" है न कि दुनियादारी और परिवार का त्याग।
राधास्वामी मत के अनुयायी परमेश्वर के पितात्व और मनुष्य के भाईचारे के आदर्श को अपनाते हैं।

The existence of God,
Integration of soul and divine essence in man
Continuation of life after death.
Those who believe in the teaching of saintliness believe that there is only one ultimate haunt which is the creator of all spiritualism and the universe and the source of origin of human soul.
According to the teaching of religion, there are three elements in the human body: the gross matter out of which the gross body is made; Subtle matter out of which human mind is made and thirdly, soul which is the basis of soul and life of human body and this brings about the gradual development and progress of human life and mind. Both the human mind and body are perishable while the soul is immortal. According to this, there are three main parts in the universe:
The pure spiritual realm which is called the Nirmal Chetan Desh.
The universe or the sphere of the mind which dominates the soul.
The Pind Desha or physical universe that is predominant from the east.
A soul can achieve freedom from life and death only when it enters the pure spiritual realm.
According to the Radhaswami view, God has given the human body some latent powers, which by awakening it can establish contact with different areas of the Shrishti. Man should make the purpose of awakening these powers in life. God also kindly arranges the arrival of the holy and awakened souls from time to time for the salvation of the living beings from the highest realm.
This holy saint is the root of spirituality and is the supreme saint in the language of religion.
In the Radhaswami faith, he is described by the name Sant Satguru who is equal (equal) with the Supreme Soul and is his representative on earth. He arrives as a successor. It is such a belief that a person should be able to awaken the spiritual powers and be initiated by the whole saint Satguru and become his disciple. Saint Radhguru is the only teacher in Radhaswami faith. Like other people, they are ceremonial initiates in the faith and participate in satsang and meditate, but in reality they come from the highest realms, fully awakened. The founder of this school, Param Purush Dhani Swami Ji Maharaj, who was born in 1818 in Agra, remained the same and preached. He was the supreme avatar himself, so he did not need to be initiated by any saint Satguru. These powers were awakened in him from the time of birth and manifested at the time of his selection.
Any person who wants to walk the path of spiritual progress has to renounce worldly desires. He has to live a simple life of minimum desires and earn his honesty to fulfill his worldly needs. The seeker has to follow some discipline in the matter of food. He will have to avoid masa diet and all narcotics. It is not necessary for a follower to leave the world and live in solitude. He can make spiritual progress while leading a life like a family man (householder). The ideal is "better worldliness" rather than renunciation of worldliness and family.
Followers of Radhaswami faith adopt the ideal of the fatherhood of God and brotherhood of man.
