,no hot water given after confirmation before check in .
They were sleeping and on asking to talk to owner for issues reception guy has not given number to contact him.

Someone told me to go to city palce ,
I think it is lodge but it is fair option compared to such high brand name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel in Malkapur. Their services is pathetic. They try to sell their AC rooms and thet turn off AC all the time. Their food is overcharged and they add extra money to your bill and does not provide proper bills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel located nearest to government bus depot and travels pickup & drop point. Walking distance of 5-7 min (just 350 meters.)
The hotel's condition is so so. Lift is their. A/C and non-a/c rooms are available.
The rooms are good enough spacious. The beds, cushions, linon are needs to be replaced, cleaned at timely interval to maintain hygiene.
Need some repair work, but they might delay that due to corona impact.
Their own restaurant is here, which service starts at 11 am and close at sharp 10 pm.
They do not even provide/arrange tea or coffee from outside, so u need to take care of yourself.
Staff is very arrogant, non-responsive and very roud.
As per my experience, this place is good to stay only.
In future they may change their policies and appoint good mannered polite staff.
