★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total spam. They have unnecessary tough rules considering it isn't a school hostel. Also they take soo much Security deposit(more than the room's rent and food cost combined) which isnt even secure. By signing the agreement, you allow them to forfeit it at their will. There is also a connectivity issue from here as it is deep within Mehrauli. There is no metro nearby and the only connectivity is Mehrauli bus terminal and even it is 1 km away nd you have to pass through tiny, narrow lanes.

In the beginning manager says that they will do everything and they solve all the problems. Also they will use one common phrase "Koyi Dikkath nahi hei" but don't trust them, it is only till you pay advance, later they don't even care who you are
everything there is a con except for the apperance.
1) Cab service is very bad, they make you wait for 40 min to 1 hour everytime(in sun, in rain & all the time), don't trust their cab service. If you want to join there look options for travel other than pg cab
2) Food: You will get only potato through out your stay, they won't give you anything other than that, it is bcoz potato cheaper for them
3) Room: 4 people stay in a room and you will be getting only one bathroom there, and if you are a madeeasy student you will face worse, all of the students class start at same time (mng 7:30) and you will have to suffer for getting your turn to go into bathroom
****Important Suggestion****
Don't pay the advance and sign the agreement for along time(6 or 7 months), they will definitely force you to sign, but if you are not sure about your stay better don't even look back at the pg again. (The advance is around 10000 if I remember and you will definitely lose the amount if you want to leave early)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is very nice as well as rooms also but the roads around the residency and around nearby are very very dirty and very narrow roads are their so that is tha major problem otherwise everything is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful apartments all stuff is available and the rent is also very nominal and the owner is very friendly and helpful, just the location is bit off otherwise you can't get these type of rooms in such prices ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ College days are blessed when you have a good bachelor pad, At Radhey krishna residency, had the best time of my college life. A reasonable rates the rooms are available with attached washrooms & ample of working space, with In house food service, having regular specials treats. Also the staff is very polite.
