★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called at 9 am to book a refill. I was told to call at 10.30 am . During the day , when I called , the number was busy.
I was happy with avtar gas agency . I am not sure why did they shift my area under the new one.
You should have IVR to ebook the refill.

Always get less weight of gas I complaint many time but no response
Delivery boy give 3to 4kg less gas in cylinder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ most casual company. most of the times the cylinders weigh less. old and pettered cylinders are supplied with expiry date. The supplies are never in times. They probably have more number of customers than they can serve. I booked cylinder on 29 April and till today it has not been supplied. Booking number; 2-001190714304
