Staff here is very helpful and cooperative and are also good at understanding the needs of customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place with my mother. The best part is they upload images of new clothing items on Facebook page. One can easily choose perfect match and show them the image at their shop and boom you have your item at a reasonable price.

Last year I went to this shop with my friend who specially wanted to buy stuff from this shop only but what we noticed was that staff was getting rude at every point, though we bought some good fabrics and suits. At the same time we decided not to visit here again. Few days ago i again visited, thinking there must have been some improvement but same thing happened and I don't think I'll prefer come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had worst experience with these business owners of Radhika fashions. If there's an option for - stars I would give that.
So let's start what happened, I bought 1 suit yesterday from them and my sis in law bought it from them as well so I paid it for my sis in law, while paying their sales rep said you can exchanged in it 7 days and we went to exchange it today, the owner refused to do 2 suits because it was paid in 1 bill and I expressed that your sales rep never mentioned it to us and it is not printed anywhere in the store about their exchange policy. After a discussion they let us do but they were not happily and nicely showing us the more variety, they were showing very limited suits to us and we felt like that we got stuck.here after a purchase, then I nicely shared it with them About our experience with them and owner started arguing loudly and by defending there mistake, so I have full right to express and speak there, customer service is very very poor. They do not know how to talk with there customer. Warning for all the customers! RUDE OWNERS
