Took my dad for dental checkup. Had a great experience. The place is very hygienic. The staff is professional. Dr Anil Chauhan makes you feel you are in safe hands.

I shall not talk about the service part here because damage in the TRUST is enough for me to walk away from your clinic. The communication tone being used by you with me was loud and highly disrespectful and it makes no sense for me to talk to you, as it is not worth to loose my self-respect and dignity, it will only demean me. There can be misunderstandings, there can be conflicts, there can also be differences but being educated and mature enough, there has to be some basic etiquettes in our social and professional dealings be it gratitude, respect, ethic or basic communication etiquette. I am a rational being and deserves to be treated rationally. Any business with great infrastructure may be damn good but a business practise without ethics and etiquette will never be able to build up credibility with its customers. My humble request to you is to please practise empathy and gratitude rather than arrogance. Respect your customers. Watch our the kind of language and tone you use to talk to your customer, doesn't bring them any discomfort. Adopting an aggressive posture and trying to dominate your customers will only make the doctor-patient relationship bad. TRUST is a responsibility and an obligation too. Sadly, I have experienced this bitter treatment which has been embarrassing and awkward for me at your clinic. Going forward, hope you practise humbleness, gratitude and empathy towards your patient. Most important is to be transparent in your communication and policies just don't end up imposing your decision on your customer. TRANSPERANCY -TRUST - ETHIC - ETIQUETTE - EMPATHY - GRATITUDE is must in our practise. We all live in a very small world. What goes around comes around. Despite my bitter experiences, I still wish you all the best.
