โ โ โ โ โ Reception staff is not helpfull. They keep giving contradicting information. You canr see doctor without getting a number from counter and even if you habe number it may not be followed fully. Staff will keep chitchatting but will not complete formality like temp, bp check which are mandatory before going in doctors cabin. Staff is rude. And even after getting so many negative reviews management does not seem to care. MR calls are scheduled between opd timing even if there are many patients waiting.
Lastly everyone has masks only for their chin not for mouth and nose.

โ โ โ โ โ They charge you for card payments and also dont prefer UPI, you need to constantly keep insisting! Service wise also not that great a hospital! Great wait lines for a normal check up and don't facilitate instant check up unless until you pay the additional emergency charges. Usually they require the check up request be registered 3-5 days before actual check up!

โ โ โ โ โ This hospital is focusing on making money not to cure patient. Worst hospital ever . Some of staff members are so arrogant and illiterate , they even don't know how talk with senior citizens . Hospital need to give them training and need to teach them how to behave with patients and senior citizens because there parents didn't teach them manners.

Pathetic service, pathetic staff and moreover doctors are worst part.
Worst hospital.Staffs and Doctors seems to be less experienced. Always prefer Nagpur or other Metro cities for Critical Surgery or Neurosurgery and the treatment related to same and heart.
Environment,staffs and Doctors/Physicians are not well experienced.
Most of the time person with major health issues, never comes back.Because of lack of Doctor's experience and unprofessionalism of staff.
Please try to avoid this hospital, if you want better treatment. This advise is totally as per my experience with the Hospital.

โ โ โ โ โ Some of the Nurses and staffs are very rude especially staff available for the rooms.They don't care about the patient's and always avoid to answer the questions asked by the relatives. Also experienced disturbance at night due to staff members are doing time pass, laughed loudly as if they are at their home and along with that improper management and lack of coordination between the staff members.
Best part is doctors are really good and experienced especially cardiac surgeon.But at the same time they need to address above mentioned points.
