There are varieties of home appliances and electronic items available here like Washing machine, Refrigerator, A/C, Water heaters, Geysers, Microwave oven, TV, etc that too in different range of prices, brands and features. The staff are also expert in explaining the products with good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got Ac from them. Installation not done properly, copper wire used in pieces which is causing leakage throughout the pipes. Calling since friday. No proper response. Disappointed. I wanted to buy all the electronics from this shop but now highly skeptical

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, I have purchased refrigerator from Radio Mundial, Vadem Vasco-Da-Gama, Goa. In emergency, showroom representative informed that they will send new Box piece refrigerator, but they have delivered display piece scratches on it. I have paid Rs. 4,000/- in cash and remaining balance is through EMI card. Total bill amount is Rs. 15,500/- and EMI will be Rs. 1,438 for 08 months. But I have received message after three hours saying that EMI will be Rs. 1,438 for 12 months.
Today, I have discussed with in-charge of the showroom, they informed that, we are delivered lot of display pieces to customers nobody is given compliant and payment issue is like that only we cannot do anything. It looks like that, for Rs. 14,500 item I have paid Rs. 17, 250/-.
Radio Mundial is really worst place to shop, be careful while purchasing any items from Radio Mundial Vasco they are cheaters. Non Goans to be more careful. It’s better to purchase through Online as they will give within 7 days’ return option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radio Mundial sells most electronic appliances including fridges, microwave ovens and washing machines. Still, most of them have a low BEE rating. For example, most fridges have a rating of either 2 or 3 stars. The best part is that all prices are significantly lower than the MRPs.

Hi I had just bought a Samsung Fridge on 19 Jul 2021 from them and it was urgent need so we went in the evening by 5 and ordered the fridge, they also delivered it by 8 but it was completely broken from behind. our family was super excited and we waited for it and when it comes damaged it is so disappointing. we were so disappointed as our entire food items were getting spoiled. we dint expect it from them as we have been buying things always from them, still we were happy that they did acknowledge it immediately and next day they gave us replacement. but worse is that again it is having a slight dent. to my knowledge after talking to someone at their store I come to know that it is the display fridge that they have given us. we are now really fed up and never gonna buy anything from them and I just wanna make everyone aware that please check things properly before buying anything from this store as its heart breaking to see a damaged item even after paying a heavy amount and spending your hard earned money in this difficult time of pandemic you still don't get good service. I regret not going for CROMA or any such big brand. at least they are best at their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap service. Purchased Samsung AC on 16 March 2022. Stopped working all of a sudden 1st week of May. Complained Radio Mundial Vaddem for the same. Technician came, said Remote not working. Came with another Remote next day. Didn't work too. Another technician came, said Sensor of the AC is gone. Will replace it in 1 day.
The technicians themselves don't know what the problem is. Unprofessional stuff...
It has been 1 week. No response.
Fitting aslo has not been done properly. Water is leaking inside house.
