β β β β β I discovered this place when I was surfing the Facebook and one of my friend had shared the video of this restaurant.
I got chance to visit this place during this Ramadan.
India Pakistan dish is the most famous of this restaurant. Also we tried the tikka kebabs..kebabs were perfectly cooked.
This is must visit place

β β β β β I have heard so much about this joint and went looking for it with a vengence and yes we found it .it's in the lane right behind Gulshan e Iran on left hand side nicely tucked away between those many, many cloth merchants who sit on the main road.you will have to look for it very carefully in between the shops and do not hesitate to ask because it cannot be spotted easily.i was amazed by the amount of space that they have and occupy in the middle of all that crowd and traffic and mayhem.one shud go there only only and only for the food.its fabulous, amazing, so well cooked.its a completely no frills no show off joint very very matter of fact.its huge and full of the local crowd which is a sure proof that the food is most simple, delicious and worth every penny.dont look at the ambience or the waiters.they just do their job.
We had Sheek kabab...was full.of meat but the mint chutney can be ignored.
The chicken Taliban is what I lost my heart too.it was so soft, creamy, well cooked and delicious with just the right amount of spices not too too much, not too less, just perfect.
If u are not a big eater, the single portion is quite a bit even for two people.
The tiranga rice also known as India-Pakistan is the most famous dish here with enough quantity to easily feed four people.
We loved the chicken biriyani too.
The service is reasonably great for the kind of dishes and service they churn out.
Go only for the food
If u are fussy about hygeine and cleanliness don't even bother to go there not that I found anything really wrong or noticable.
Amazing food and very ,very aptly priced unlike the regular restaurants who are just frills nd style and out to fleece you.
One cannot drive there,or you have to park elsewhere and cab it or bus it out.impossible to park anywhere nearby too.
I recommend ..go to town on a 2nd or 4th sat.park your vehicle in the lane..road opp Asiatic library and take a local Kaali peeling cab nd get out at Gulshan e Iran nd just walk it up.just a min behind in the lane between Gulshan e Iran n Manish market in town.

Antique place in Mumbai.
Very economic price wise.
Must try Dish : India Pakistan
Beef kebabs, chicken kebabs
The best non-veg food with reasonable price and best taste.
Place might look bit shady but it is providing hygienic food.

β β β β β Overcrowded with people and garment stalls, as we pass through the dingy Musafir Khana Road, a small lane near Crawford Market, Mumbai, we look for and finally find a go-down hidden behind the garment stalls with a small entrance. As we enter, we see huge shabby walls and sprawling sitting arrangements which remind us as rumoured, that from the 60βs to early 90βs this was one of the places for sumptuous meals for the βgang lordsβ and βcrime lordsβ of Dongri, Dockyard and so. We are at the βRadio Restaurantβ established in 1935 with a present footfall of over 8000 daily. As we settle down with these thoughts and concentrate on the menu, we have again triggered our anxiety (maybe); Murg Taliban (Chicken), Kheema Ghotala, India-Pakistan (Rice Dish. It serves four people) to name a few. We start with some kebabs which are truly awesome. Then as we order βMutton Talibanβ and βRotiβ we also think of having some βGurda Fryβ but wait, the waiter warns us that we will not be able to eat so much. Surprised by the caution we do not order and wait for what we have already ordered. After a while as we start eating, we realize that it is something we have never tasted before. A taste so different and mouth-watering. The meat is so soft. Post the meal the βCaramel Custardβ is also a must try something like a perfect dessert. Going by the goodwill of the place, you will simply be surprised by the superb taste of food. Itβs delicious. Not to mention the quantity or the super reasonable pricing. One visit is never enough and do plan to go in numbers because you alone may not be able to finish off the serving. It is difficult to locate but do try your map or ask locals around Crawford Market to guide you to this Classic. Cheers.
