Great experience. First and most important, the surgery I undertook was a total success. Also, all professionals are devoted to their patients, from doctors to assistants to the people in reception. I highly recommend this clinic.

I haven't seen such a high tech eye centre clinic , with co operative staff in. Delhi.

All the staff is very polite n supportive. Half of your problem is rectified just after having some words with Dr Neeraj Gupta due to his jolly nature...
I really recommend this place from my personnel experience and like to award FULL RATINGS on scale....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday 14/7/20, my wife’s ( Sushma Sharma) eyes surgery was done by Dr Neeraj Gupta. I & my wife appreciate the way Doctor and his staff handled/ explained the whole process. Frankly we are afraid of visiting any clinic due to COVID-19, but after visiting Radium Eye Care Centre, we found that this clinic is taking all necessary precautions of hygiene and without waisting any time we go for surgery (as surgery was due since March20). There OT is well equipped and I have seen whole surgery procedure on TV.
Dr Neeraj Gupta is very cool and friendly with us . This centre is CGHS empanelled,
I recommend this as I found one of best clinic in this area from all angles.

Doctor Neeraj explained the issues quiet well.
The appointment was worth taking.
The protocols were very well followed by repeat patients, staff, technicians and the attending doctor.
Cleanliness was upto the mark.
The waste baskets were visible.
The rest room was clean.
The TV was switched off.
Digital payments are accepted as well.
In almost 47 degrees the ac room was effective.
The rate list of services was well displayed.
The health issues were well explained by staff and doctor to each and every patient and their attendees.
The company lives well to its moto to serve ailing patients
