Extremely bad experience with HSR store manager. Delivered damaged piece after 5 days of purchase, after originally promising that he will replace a damaged piece we saw in the shop. Later I drove down to the store and he again promised the same. Finally he calls back and says he will repair the existing piece and cant promise a fresh piece. Is this how you treat a customer? And that too when the payment has been made in full? On top of that, the demeanour was very arrogant. Also did not share details of his manager so that I can provide feedback, despite asking multiple times.
