★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took it for repair after an accident,but they took over 1 month to repair, gas leaked from ac unit, didn't changed the tier which was under insurance, 1 automatic window isn't working from central control, and as shown in the picture they didn't even cleaned the filter as show ln in the image (we took our car somewhere else for ac repair), we found pieces of glass in the dust, and this part near the left front gate came out on its own, they didn't even checked for seat belt, had to spend extra money to repair it
In short we would have to spend again in order for our car to operate normally.
I don't know about Norma repair but if you wanna repair your car after an accident I would recommend you to go to that company's authorized service center
