Their hotels ,their food, their cooperation,their trust ,their staff ,their owners all are very very good, helpful people. Their food quality is excellent .Let me put this dont go for cheap or new tours, their food quality will spoil your stomach n u may b upset that it spoiled ur sacred journey. Their hotels , food, cooperative staffs , owners all are very very good, helpful people. Their food quality is excellent,hotels in Makkah and madina are good and near the haram. I will recommend Rahat Travels Of India to everyone. Thanx to all Rahat Team May God give You More & More success.

Right from the itinerary - which was simply fantastic, the support given on ground in that country was very good indeed. The hotels chosen for our stay were very well thought of, they suited our requirements completely. Overall I would recommend Rahat Travels Of India to any family or even an individual traveller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Came in Maldives for 15 days trip with agreement of Customised food and 2 person each room, but when we arrived they treat us completely opposite. They give us food very bad and 4 person each in room. We feel badly cheated. They show us Athens hotel pics before coming, when we arrived they give us Ameera hotel. We wait 5 hours in Airport just for a Boat without lunch and water. Really very bad Experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad experience with Rahat travel, They promised different things while you are making agreement. After recaching destination they don’t listen anything. Keep false promises. One guy Aamir promise me 2 person each room in Maldives but keep 4 people each room. Even after Complaining, not listening. Upset from his behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotels what they offer or show they gives wrong information about it especially about distance of hotel from haram sharif they don't tell the exact distance of hotel bcoz they know the truth.its very pity from such a reputed tour operator. Not Honest I Found to be May Allah give them hidaya

Very unprofessional staff
Rooms not cleaned for 15days food provided not good for the cost paid..
Made to wait full day outside in heat and dust due to Miss management.
When complainant raised they say be thankful because other travels are worst than us . His exact words were(Mr Imran) "I have been in this field for 20 years and other travels treat their hajji even worse be thankful that we are better."
20 Saal se hoon is field me dusre travels hajji ko isse buea treat karte shukar manao hum behter hai.. This statement was made on suhoor of 25-4-2022
So if others treat hajjis like animals it's ok if we treat them the same I believe is what Mr Imran was saying...
Though truth be told not everything was bad as after the problem with the buses to Madina there was a drastic improvement in service provided. Which begs to believe if good service can be provided why was it not provided earlier...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vey bad experience. While arriving to jeddah tour operators were missing and any how after reaching the hotel we found it was 1.2 kms far from haram as we were told it was 700 mts. And it almost 2 days gone food is not properly given nor iftari and sehri.
If tour owners are really concern they should atleast ask the people how they are misleaded by operators. And make the arrangements properly or dont send for umrah from their tour package. We are not getting even room service. Very bad experience.
