★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property has a clean and straight access from Oberoi Mall eastwards, straight ahead without taking the right turn for film city road. Its about 1.8 kms from Oberoi Mall beyond the Gokuldham Bus Depot and Court. Initially, I was hesitant about access issues, but currently the road widening at the bottle neck after the depot is in progress. Therefore I feel that Raheja Heights and Raheja Residency would be a good investment or residence option.

Seems too expensive. Very far away from Railway Station and WE Highway. You need to have your own vehicle for regular access.

Outside space you can use if you have 2 cars. Behind E wing building is empty and constructed newly. Prime location - Gokuldham, nearest mall Obrai. Film city. Love the society.
