Raheja Revanta - Gurugram

This "ICONIC" project was launched in 2011 with great publicity but in 2022 it is languishing in a dismal state though the Builder has digested all the money. There is nothing "ICONIC" anymore about this grossly incomplete and pathetic project, however there are several "ICONIC" failures: 1)Iconic lack of vision, competence, honesty and integrity of the builder. 2)Iconic lack of corporate ethics 3)Iconic nexus between the corrupt babus, netas and builders. 4)Iconic failure of government oversight 5)Iconic "ROT" in real estate sector Time may be running out for Raheja builder to salvage their reputation (if left any); we need to get our money back or get our apartments that we were promised and have paid for. Builder must liquidate his other assets to raise capital and complete this project ASAP. Also, Govt authorities must look into it seriously.

My one and only investment in life. Sad to see these builders roaming free in this country. Taken all our money and no sign of completion. This was supposed to be the tallest building in north India and what a shame it is now. Shamelessness to the extreme. Their builder license should be immediately revoked and they Raheja’s should be behind bars. No one should ever invest in any property belonging to Raheja’s.

This was supposed to be the tallest structure in the Gurgaon. But due to some issues it is not getting completed even after many years. The structure is visible from a far distance and looks beautiful.

I wish I had a star rating below one star. This builder called Raheja Developers is worse than the small time builders and has swindled money from honest investors by selling a dream which might never fulfil. I booked this project and started to pay in 2011, and we were promised possession in Jan 2015. It has been 11 long torturous years and crores of savings down the drain. We have no hope in sight, and I will not be surprised that after this review, I might start getting threats. I took a bank loan at 10.75% for 01 crore - paying installments for the money that had never been put to intended use. This builder has many cases against him - the most recent one is a FIR filed in case of poor construction at Raheja Vedanta. Raheja has even cheated us at their project in Atlantis, were he took money for the Club house, and he never built the same / gave the same to the society. He is now busy marketing Navin Minar with @leelahotels and I have a good mood to write to them and tell them how he will ensure their downfall with his unethical, fraudulent and false promises. I hope people wake up and stop buying properties of Raheja Developers till the time he complete's all pending projects and compensate the flat buyers properly. He was once taken to NCLT, he is not scared of RERA, NCDRC and Supreme Court has passed numerous judgments against him, but this builder is not changing his tactics. We all know that the law takes time to catch up, but sincerely hope that he also meets the fate of Unitech owners and the Supertech owners soon. I am surprised at the fake reviews where people have praised this builder. I have been dealing with this builder from 2004, and never never again. Even if I am able to exit out with losses, I will be happy to as I am not sure if he will declare bankruptcy and run away with our hard earned money or ever give us the promised apartment for which we have paid in full.

Payments linked to structure. Payments made in good faith. Structure 90% completed in 2016 and 90% payment taken. Interior work moving at snails pace for the last 6 years. All machinery, electric and plumbing work pending. Beware of this method of payment collection.

Hopeless project, Raheja Builders have no intent to finish this. Taken most of the money from people and now work is almost none

We invested in this project 10 years back with an agreement to be handover the house by 2015, they have taken 90% payment of the house and till now our flat foundation is still not been layered, it’s hard earned monies for us which I don’t think we will be ever able to save in our life, when we visited their office, none of the guys are available, here are few pics

Revanta is the worst project we have invested in. Our first home investment and this poor experience has crushed our dream of owning a place we can call ours. We suggest every buyer not to be duped by this worthless project. The timeline for completion keeps getting pushed each year and the builder has no interest in the buyers who were lured to buy this property through the false publicity. Please do not buy any property from this builder as their track record is pathetic. Look at the recent pictures from the site which shows the reality of the development.
