Bought a TV. I haven't been delivered the TV for 2 weeks now.
Update: The TV was never delivered. I had to go through the entire cumbersome process for cancellation of order and dispute with paytm for the refund. I don't why paytm doesn't improve its returns procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had bought ogeneral window ac from them,cleared the amount on same day ac was delivered after 2 days. When bought the ac I was informed that I will receive a call from ogeneral company and they will come and fit it. Received a call from ogeneral after 2 days as Rahul Electronics had not updated them about me , ogeneral guys informed me they do not fit window ac it has to be done from dealer side as I was shocked to hear this I called Rahul electronics they were unaware that my was window ac and started the blame game on each other of there staff, and assured me it will be done as soon as possible it's been 10 days ac is just lying in my house and no response yet from them trying there number it's switched off. I wish I could give them -5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic after sales service provided they offer in hoise warranty and do not provide service saying is covid they can sell product however for service they don't have people fridge purchase in Dec 2018 with extended warranty for 2 yrs complain lodge 3 weeks ago no resolution till date whenever call as they don't follow up only one response will be done in 4 days that never come

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good store to buy the products. They offer good bargain prices. Only thing to be aware of is their cheat extra warranties. I bought a samsung fridge from here with addon of 2 year extended warranty where they told everything is covered. After a year my vegetable compartment broke and when i called for using my warranty they replied we do not cover that only the compressor is covered. This is like cheating cause the manufacturer itself provides 10 year warranty on compressor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever received . We are so disappointed with Rahul. We got our refrigerator and also paid extra 2.5k for extended warranty. After some time the refrigerator stopped cooling .. we registered a complaint... The technician came and did the repair work , after a period of 20 days it again has stopped working a new complaint is registered since past 8 days and nothing has been done. You can imagine the inconvenience faced . Wouldn't recommend it to any one
