★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What has been discussed not followed by the shopkeeper and very unprofessional behaviour.
We ordered 10 boxes so in order to avoid any difference in design it was suggested to take extra box and if its un used they will accept return. We even checked on the breakage or chipping , so they said 1-2% normally comes. When we came back to the shop to return the unused boxes they opened each box and said there is chipping so we wont accept return. It's not possible to open each and every box to see if there is any chipping or not and on top the boxes were intact so the chipping on the tiles were there at the time of the delivering only logically.
We even showed them the boxes which were at their backyard , we saw tiles had chipping also , thay means they send these kind of tiles to the customer and expect them to do all the quality check.
Really pathetic customer service.

Once you get in, the highly experienced and skillful sales people wouldn't let you down and go to other places to find what you want. They are prompt with suggestions and want to genuinely help you find what you want, within your budget. They've got a wide variety of imported sanitary ware as well, beautiful collection and pretty reasonable. If you need tiles for your home or commercial place, you must definitely try out Rahul Marbles, if you haven't already. And you won't need to go anywhere else, that's what my experience has been.
