โ โ โ โ โ Very good experience. drivers are very professional and experienced. On-time pickup and clean cars. One star less because they charge more than Rs 400 to change pickup timings. This is in no way a fair deal.

Rescheduling the cab is very expensive,and dis should be stoped..
Driver was gud,car was clean,it was a bit late but almost on time..
App integration is not that much gud,but its convinient.
Customer support was awsome nd responsive.
Rate is nominal.
overall satisfied.
If they couldnt charge 1k for my rescheduling i would have been given 5* but lets the 1 remaining for future if they resolves..

โ โ โ โ โ Charged around 14Rs per KM for normal car(zest) and speed of the vehicle is also very slow 50 to 55 kms per hour( as informed by driver to maintain it by owners) , it took 5 hours to reach korba from raipur airport.

โ โ โ โ โ No office in Nagpur. There is an office in Raipur that will take bookings but service is very very bad. We had booked an Innova to Ankleshwar, and the novice driver cause an accident 4 hours into the drive. At night the tyre got punctured and we were trapped on the highway for five hours because there was no spare wheel in the car. Not to mention the fear of thugs and dacoits while you are sitting in a stationary car on the highway. Reached the destination after 24 hours. Worst experience ever.

โ โ โ โ โ The service provided by them was extremely good and satisfactory. Driver was very professional and overall ride was pretty smooth even when the road was not in good condition. Car's condition was good.
I would definitely recommend people to choose this option in future. Customer care was very responsive and immediately called back when in need.
