★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys located right next to Sikanderpur Flyover are true unprofessionals. While taking order they say delivery in 2 days, after paying advance delivery time goes to 7 days and later you keep chasing them for 11 Days. On 12th day when you see the final product, u see a disaster. Entire design is changed.
* Insist on Showing them Raw Product before polish - As they say is a teak wood before u ordere, after paying advance it is teak plywood( their own made term), later when u see the raw product its only plywood and some unfinished teakwood pasted on top of plywood.
* It is a scam - before taking order they say everything is prepared on the workshop at back. After you give order everything comes from their Factory located in Kirti Nagar. Do modify size and design of your bed and do not order what they have in Shop. This will help you out that they provide u a fresh piece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly unprofessional people, don't really know the way to talk with their customers. Ordered a sofa by paying a amount in advance, I was told then to get the sofa delivered by next 7 days accordingly I called them to confirm. They said come next day and check the product and we went and found they have not even started working on it... I was really frustrated with anger, in reply they said it will be ready in 2 hours but when we reached there to check after 3 hours they asked to talk to transport person for delivery---- that was end of my patience as it was not at all discussed about the transport while placing order ---- in response to this he was misbehaving with me and my wife, I somehow folded my anger and cancelled the deal as I have not seen this kind of behaviour and unprofessionalism before in my life...
Guys don't buy anything from them as you will definately regret it...
