★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A old mall and having old shops, with very low prices clothes and the best thing is having PVR Cinemas. Just go and enjoy. And just few kilometres away you can also visit VR Mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mall is pretty old mall in Surat. There are a number of shops and one could find a lot of shops with affordable prices. There are small eateries, ice cream shops which sells ice creams at just RS. 10. The mall is also spacious and has a number of places to sit and relax.
One thing the mall lacks is maintaince. The rest rooms were pathetic. Because of the new malls nearby and poor maintainance the mall doesn't have much crowd. Parking charges is Rs.30 irrespective of the amount of time.

it contain shops,game zone,spa and many more .
It's main attraction is PVR cinema is here
At here Children are never get bored whenever they go to shopping with mom like as me in my childhood.Children can enjoy many rides at here and can play in gamezone.
Mostly youngsters come here for shopping and watch movie at PVR cinema .
Overall place is very good
