★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once I went there for to be in queue for tatkal quota in early morning 6 am.i surprised there was no queue and i found a watch man get note down name of person those need tatkal ticket.And I was 13th in his list.i was totally upset:(

But during the season the reservation queue can be too long and can take some time.
But off season you would hardly find any queue for the reservation.
The staff is helpful and quick with their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to book rail tickets. Simply walk in and book your tickets. Very rare to see a queue here. Friendly staff and speedy service by efficient staff. Conveniently located with ample parking space. The ticketing counters are located on the first floor of the complex. No air-conditioning. Keep in mind that servers are mostly down here. It happened with me over 4 consecutive visits. Private kiosk option is available on the ground floor but charges can be as high as Rs 200/- per ticket.

The work is slow and irritating.
