★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is the only 2 windows open... One of the ladies and senior citizen.. And the second is gent's.. Shakurbasti rail reservation center have many reservation windows but they only open two window.. Look at the crowd... So many people going Daly for booking rail ticket.. And wait 3 to 4 hours then book a ticket.. And the staff is not good.. Please open more windows for ticket booking..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place. There is 10 windows for ticket reservations but only one window is in working. After asking for the reason of other windows close they replied very casually "yha to aise hi hota h". People facing problem for ticket booking. People stands for hour for single booking in A que. They is not any complaint book for people who give there feedback for there problem which they face during long que.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited everytime when I get the tickets and all staffs are good but there are only 2 lines available for generate the tickets and no any special lines available here like Senior Citizens, Ladies or Handicapped Persons also.
