★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rail reservation centre is more helpful of passenger because here is many counter of booking tickets and 4 counter of helpful desk so it is very good condition of rail reservation centre and many facility are provide to passenger like that kuli,mineral water,ola,Uber, private vehicle,gov.bus,auto, charging circuit,library,hotels, parking,lifts, toilets,and so on. And Indian national flag is behind a station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located out of the New Delhi station and can be reached from the Pahargang entrance. You can specially book advance tickets for future date. For current reservation ticket you need to visit the counter inside the station. There are multiple counter and also some of it is for special category passengers like ladies, senior citizens, Delhi police, CBI etc. With multiple counters there is no rush most of the time. There are sitting chairs and also facilites like drinking water and toilet is available here. Internally the place is clean and fully air conditioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to reserve tickets to Chennai as I wanted lower berths for me and my wife. Across the counter, one can request the official for lower berths and in my case, he readily accepted my request. I usually book tickets, " online", and there is a provision for senior citizen lower berth, but we may be allotted in different compartments and if you opt for the same compartment provision, after making necessary payment online, you will get the message that, lower berths not available in the same compartment, and so not booked, and your entire money will be refunded after some days. To avoid all these complications, I went to the Railway Reservation centre, and it was not crowded on that day, and there is a separate Senior Citizen Counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As evident from name it's Railway ticket booking centre near New Delhi railway station on chameli road. Earlier it was nicely built and had lot of space.
Presently some other office of Northern railway has come up and area is shrinked perhaps it was after lockdown due to COVID 19. But still manageable.
The thing which lacks here is efficiency. Unfortunately I found the work very slow and long lines . But after all it is a big facility for pessangers to get their seats/ tickets reserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I hd gone to return my waitlisted ticket. First of all, there was no window for an inquiry. Second, most of the counters were closed. Even the counter for sr. citizen and physically disabled was closed. I am a physically disabled person. I had to stand in line just like others even when I have difficulty standing. The people on the counter are just like machines, not caring about anyone or anything. The canteen was pathetic as well. Not much to buy. The rates were quite normal though. That was the one good thing about it. That's why you see an extra star. Railways needs to sensitise their people and improve service quality.

Railways should provide better directions for people to reach here. It's faraway from PLATFORM NO 1, and you may get confused as private brokers outside are calling you for the same.
Otherwise there's good facility with multiple counters and seperate ones for Women, specially abled, senior citizens, journalists, special, etc.
Tips:
-Ask street vendors for directions to 'Indian Railway' ticket counter, not private ones.
-In case of specially challenged, illiterate and senior citizens. The guard inside the counter is kind enough to help you.
