★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best reservation center I use to like the prahladpur one but this one is the best now for me because there are usually 2/3 people in the line .... However it might vary in the peak hours but mostly when I go there its usually empty and the staff workers are super awesome as they even helped us find the best train for our way and even helped us in cancelation of previous tickets because they were sure that they won't get confirmed till the dates they maintained social distancing by the circle methods and the staff was good at asking people to keep distance between themselves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was just ok, staff is not supporting and counter space is very less. It's not crowded but took very much time due to lack of knowledge of staff. Their credit or debit card machine is not working which is very annoying to pay huge amount by cash.
