★ ★ ★ ★ ★ शहडोल न सिर्फ़ एक बड़ा स्टेशन है, बल्कि जिला मुख्यालय भी है। इसे देखते हुए रेलवे हॉस्पिटल में ज्यादा से ज्यादा विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों और पैरामेडिकल स्टाफ़ की पोस्टिंग करनी चाहिए एवं अत्याधुनिक मशीनों की स्थापना की जानी चाहिए। रेलवे कर्मचारियों के मुफ़्त इलाज के साथ ही ग़ैर-रेलवे मरीजों के लिए न्यूनतम शुल्क पर इलाज की व्यवस्था की जानी चाहिए इससे रेलवे डॉक्टरों के अनुभव में भी वृद्धि होगी एवं क्षेत्र की जनता को झोला छाप डॉक्टरों से भी मुक्ति मिलेगी।
 Shahdol is not only a big station, but also the district headquarters. In view of this, more and more specialist doctors and paramedical staff should be posted in railway hospital and state-of-the-art machines should be installed. Apart from free treatment of railway employees, treatment should be made for non-railway patients at a minimal fee, this will also increase the experience of railway doctors and the people of the area will also get freedom from jhola chap doctors.
