★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the favourite spot for frequent travellers, although in the era of internet, the reservation centers are somewhat.
But still the reservation counters have their importance due to some rules,
As you can not travel on waiting list ticket if it bought online, you will be considered as without ticket, while if you buy a waitlist ticket from counter, you can travel in train,
Very clean area, cooperative staff and properly arranged q system, within 10 minutes I was free,
Good improvement, stil need big display board like ahmedabad, to know current availability of seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service for booking tickets, opens sharp at 8.00 am. To transfer or buy new tickets, Use handprints to generate tokens outside the center, fill the ticket forms available at the tables and proceed to the counter on your turn. Get your tickets enjoy travel safe ?

The surat railway station reservation centre is too great. We can easily book our railway ticket. The reservation centre is clean. You can book ticket with the help of token system. So, there is no any queue and get ticket very easy. It has also sitting area to wait for your turn to book ticket.
