★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reservation counter of Jamalpur Railway ? is okay okay for low quality of arrangements. There is no sitting chair for waiting queue. There is 3 counter window but only two is open for services. And the atmosphere is so dirty by the way there is a sulabh sauchalya beside reservation counter so the bad smell is available at the counter Premise. There is parking lot in front of reservation counter which is so costly. There is police available at the reservation counter. The reservation counter is so clean but the problem is the bad smell. There is wheel chair accessible entrance for physically challenged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the things are good except the link of internet, power cut of the system and the typing speed and processing of reservation takes too much time. If you have gone for tatkal then it is better if you are at number one position in line or if not then it would be better to do reservation from home online.
