★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanna complain against your employee named Randeep Kumar. Who has refused to give me change and asked me to buy ticket from some other counter. Though I could see that he had change on his desk he refused to give it to me which has led to wastage of my precious time. Such kind of arrogance amongst your employees is not expected by common public who are traveling by train. This incident took place at Kandivali stations ticket counter. Please do something about it.
