★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u are taking for online gaming purpose , please don't take it. It's giving so much of packet loss and technicians don't know how to resolve it. It's good for Facebook , Instagram and YouTube users. Don't recommend for professional users. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had the option for minus rating. These guys have taken money worth Rs 800/- every month to provide 10 GB for 100 Mbps speed. But every month there were 1-2 weeks where there is no internet and the remaining days have never been above 40-50 Mbps.
When I asked for refund and compensation, Chitta who works in the accounts department from this agency, offers me Rs 200/- like he's offering tip to a waiter in a restaurant.
After paying Rs 2500/- for installation + (Rs 765/- a month × 12) = Rs 11700/- precisely for almost nothing. I am being disrespected with a refund of Rs 200/-? Due to their ridiculous service, I've had to go through losses at work which I have not even counted in.
Anyone who is going through this review must strictly avoid buying services from Railwire, especially through SP Agency.
