★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked caked from here twice, n the last time I did it this person Abhay was cordial while taking the order and instructions. However next day when I went to collect the cake (They said no delivery possible for Sat/Sun) the staff was so rude!! Person for who I had ordered cake was with me and I dint want to break the surprise!! I had to tell entire instructions again yet the staff was so rude, although they had it all mentioned it their book!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of cake is worst and too costly too. I think they are selling rotten cakes. When I complained about this the store owner My Abhay Rane and his Wife behaved too rude. These guys have no customer manners. I request all not to buy any cakes and waste your hard earned money. Shame of you owners of Rainbow Cake Shop. Kandivali..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very disappointing experience. On a reference by one of my friend we ordered rainbow 3kg cake for my son's birthday party, which is costliest Rs.1600/- per kg. Despite of spending so much, when we actually cut the cake there were no layers as promised by them. Entire sponge was only red and green inside. Also the person delivered the cake 1 hour late than scheduled time despite providing correct address od venue. Hight was when we tried to reach concern person to point out above, not received any response from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently ordered a cake but it wasn't fresh at all. While cutting the cake, we noticed hair inside the cake. When i complained to them. The staff was very rude & refused to replace cake or return my money. Not at all hygienic. Please go at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We order from nearest cake shop named Rainbow. The owner Abhay promised 10% discount however on delivery he denied giving discount. A business which fails on their commitment is sure to see the doom and collapse soon. The cake was not as good as we expected. The cream taste was synthetic and bad. I would recommend this place only to my closest enemies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a cake a week prior to my event.they had taken the order smoothly and sweetly. When I paid the advance I got to know their real faces. Three days prior to my event I was been told that they will not be able to deliver the cake which they had promised to do. They had bad mouthed since they were at fault and not able to cope up with the challenge. They were very rude and they dint gave a damn about their customer. They think they are the boss after receiving the order. I am investing my time to write this review so that ppl won't be fooled by them and their rude attitude. I would have given a zero star.plz ppl read all the review and go to buy from this shop.I have done a mistake please rectify yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pink one is the one I ordered and the white one is what I got. Such a bad experience. I had ordered a photo pull out cake for house warming + birthday, I had 50 people in my house waiting and this is the cake I got. They did not deliver what they promised and on top of that they were not even ready to accept their mistake. I had ordered a nice colouful looking cake, I had whatsapped her the exact picture of the cake and all I got is a plain white cake. The key was supposed to be overlapping with the house and she just put the key on top, please refer the picture of the it's not even made in one piece, there's a gap. The finishing of the house is below average, the house kept falling off. It's an expensive cake shop and when you get something like this for what you pay and no acceptance of one's mistake then it's absolute unprofessionalism. She was just saying there's a confusion so either pay the full amount or don't take the cake at all. But she was not ready to compensate me. Just look at the finishing. Even the alphabets seem like they are written by a child, it's so crooked. This is not what you expect when you are paying Rs. 1300 per kg. It seemed like an intern had prepared the cake for me. At the end she told me that she will just give me a 100Rs discount because I was not satisfied with the cake, I mean how could I be satisfied with such an untidy cake ? This is not how you build a long term relationship with a customer. Absolutely disappointed in them I highly discourage everyone to buy from here majorly because of the attitude of the owner. She is not doing me a favour by preparing a cake for me. I am paying her more than enough.
