★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They operated my dead baby who had no hope to survive for three days for money. Even after we came to know about our baby they still asked us to keep her for two more days. They didnt gave us our baby untill full amount was paid. Please dont visit rainbow hospital for sake of your baby. I dont want any mother to go through what i faced. They played with our feeling and our baby's soul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this hospital to get vaccination for my 1 month old daughter. And Unfortunately I didn't had a good experience with this branch.
- Hospital is crowded, lacks proper management of visitors
- Vaccination : Dr Vijay seemed confident during the vaccination, but the way he injected doesn't look painless and so my daughter cried very much, and for the second one there was bleeding from her right thigh but the nurse vaguely applied the cotton and left. So I have to call her immediately and reappplied some more cotton.
Finally, I didn't had this kind of unprofessional issues in Hyderabad branches. So need to improve more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone numbers were not working for enquiry and reached Vijayawada rainbow hospital currency nagar branch and they suggested to go to governerpet branch before 2:00 pm and we reached there by 1:50 pm and took appointment after that we waited for doctor almost more than 1 hour, I was deceived with the wrong information and guidence, so decided not to associate with this hospital for further

Worst experience wih reagrds to maternity care and delivery .Hospital charges are high but comparatively very poor service.
No coordination amongst staff and no covid protocols ( safe distance and hygiene )in place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disastrously understaffed. Only one nurse who looks after registration, sending patients to doctor and does vaccines. Not a real Rainbow service. Management of the hospital must be rejuvenated. I never recommend this hospital for the people who value their time. It took 3.5 hours to get vaccinated. Just avoid.
Update on 10th July 2021 :- we have visited facilities again today hoping that things would improve however no action taken in spite of their below reply. Doctor supposed to arrive at 10:00 AM as first appointment is scheduled at that time. Its 11:35 AM now and no doctor is available in hospital. Many parents with infants waiting for OP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff not responding properly. Since two weeks i was chasing them to book an appointment. They simply say we will call you back. And appointment time should be there convenient time. Not as per the patient required time.
Bangalore rainbow was really amazing. Staff was really good in booking appointments and all.
Why in Vijayawada so mess.
