★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr uma mikilineni treated my wife. It has been a wholesome excellent experience of care, service and hospitality by Rainbow. The nursing staff are very friendly and supportive. Happy that my little kid was under best possible care as he entered into this world!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier we use to visit rainbow hospital , Hyderabad for our new born baby. This time I visited this currency branch rainbow hospital.
Dr vamshi Krishna Raju is excellent , he reviewed all my baby previous history patiently and explained clearly.
But management is very poor compare to Hyderabad.. they asked me wait for billing till doctor comes.. once doctor comes started billing and make us to wait in other queue for weight checking.
In Hyderabad , after vaccination they suggest few things what to do . But here nothing.
And specially I don't see any social distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met DR. Ramprasad sir for our baby dengue treatment. With in three days my baby got recovered. Thank you so much Dr. Ramprasad sir. Doctor also explained the illness very clearly to us. So we got so much of confidence on treatment. Even nurses who are serving in both the shifts are provide very good service. Thank you Rainbow hospitals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hospital for children..my child was admitted here with an illness. Dr.Hem Kumar and their team took care of my baby very well.excellent teamwork made my baby feel happy. Great nursing team,well communicated and cooperated. Hospital management also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem right from the time of my wife's delivery. I have two sisters who's delivery was performed at rainbow, Hyderabad. Let me confess that there is a moon and back difference in the Management and how they operate. Hyderabad rainbow is unbelievably better. The nurse in the labour room is the most conceited staff I have ever met. The doctor is good , the basic problem is with the management. We have wait for hours for the doctors appointment even after booking a slot. The pricing is only worth if and only if the patients can avail the pleasure and comfort for what they are charging for. I feel like I am paying for a 3 star hotel and the treatment is of a tiffin centre. I request the management to take in manageable number of patients only. We can wait for a day or two for a regular check up. The panic created when a newborn or week baby cries is unmatched to the profits you make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital & Worst management. Today I visited this hospital for my baby (having fever). They are allowing the sweeper(not a nurse) to take the swab from my baby nose. I was shocked to see this. The person and place are unhygienic & unprofessional. He injured my baby nose as he don't know how to take the swab. He was not wearing mask.
Also, there it was clearly written not to charge more than 230 for covid test, but still they charged 280 for us. I will never visit this hospital again.

(23-02-2022 2:00am) in emergency we went
The staff concentrated on billing not on my baby... Simply I paid some amount for doing nothing. There main job of staff to join the patient what I seen from them. It's all my experience .
In past 6 years back I went with my sister along with her baby it was also any emergency which we think . We all reach the hospital the staff received and the treatment by duty doctor n helpers was great.. on that day they take care on patient no second thought of billing etc etc.....
We came back happily
But few days back I returned unhappy with anger
I went another hospital.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got admitted for my 7 months old baby for sevier stomach cramps, loose motions, vomiting. It took a day to recover.
Dr. Sreedhar was looked at the issue. He is really good, and took well care. He explained everything in our language and gave much precious precautions on baby care. Thank you Dr. Sridhar D V S
During my wife pregnancy, gone through regular checkup with Dr. Manu jasti (Gynecologist)
She was very good with her patients. My wife was very happy to get her regular checkups.
Hospital was good and hygine
Staff Nurses was good at their job with gentle and hygiene
House keeping team was good and hygiene and we're on or before time .
Overall we had good experience
